One of the great things about living on St. John is all of the fabulous fresh produce that Josephine grows for us. You can pick it up at Starfish Market located at the Marketplace in Cruz Bay or at Coral Bay Organic Farm in Coral Bay. Either way it is the freshest most delectable greens you will ever have. The farm has 98 different species of plants and over 30 different types of greens growing on 18 acres of land.
