Great rainy day for open houses. Grateful for the drive, the tradewind breeze, the rain that will help get the island more green, and company! Open house day puts me and some of my favorite ladies in one car for a morning, catching up- which is much needed these days.

On the real estate side of things….Beautiful higher-end homes are coming on to the market in Coral Bay which is exciting to see, this year on the STJ MLS we have had 4 homes over $1M sell! Coral Bay has many neat areas, all with phenomenal views- mountain, valley, harbor, Caribbean panoramic.  These properties and views will have you forgetting about the 20 minute drive from town and dreaming about sunning by the pool or snuggling up with a good book. One of my views today….
