The real estate business on St. John is beginning to pick up agin for the new season. We have noticed a distinct increase in the number of appointments made to show our residential properties. This is always a good indication that people are getting back into a buying mood, or at least shopping.  I have also noticed a lot more rental cars on the roads lately and the cruise ships are passing by at night again on their way to new ports.
