The East End of St. John is quiet and laid back, the way we love St. John! There are lots of great snorkeling spots, swimming, boating and Ms. Vie’s garlic fried chicken (yum,yum!). If you are visiting the island, I highly recommend that you should experience Ms. Vie’s beach. It’s worth it! There are currently 6 homes and 47 parcels of land for sale on St. John’s East end in a price range of $875k – $2M for homes and $144k – $1.5M for land parcels plus a few large parcels that can be developed. Keep in mind if you are considering the East end that we have a great welcome committee out there!
