 
Some sellers who think they should only list properties for sale in the “busy” winter season should check out these statistics.  St. John’s Multiple Listing Service shows that between June 01 and August 31  six homes, six land parcels and one commercial building have contracted on St. John. This activity may also be another sign that the real estate market is finally on the up swing.
