This property located in Estate Zootenvaal on the Coral Bay side of the island is getting a lot of showing requests. Sure it has a lot to do with being priced under $1M which is the price range with most of the activity; sure it has a lot to do with its good, solid construction and sure it has a lot to do with having a lower one bedroom apartment that is in short term rentals and is a great way to supplement your mortgage payments but I think one of the biggest reasons it is being shown a lot is the location and views the National Park that will forever be untouched.
