Coral Bay is a great area of the island and there is a lot to choose from if you are considering investment property. There are currently 69 homes and 126 parcels of land listed for sale on the Coral Bay side of the island. Many people wonder if Coral Bay is too far away from Cruz Bay town to attract tourists. Well let’s face it, St. John is a small island and you are really only minutes away from town or beaches no matter where you are located. My advice: get in your rental jeep and explore around the island. It won’t take long before you determine your own favorite areas of the island either in town or on the far side of the island in Coral Bay.
