Some people think summer is a slow time for real estate sales in the VI and think taking their property off the market for a “rest” is a good idea. I disagree. Traditionally we contract more properties in the Spring and Summer than in the winter months. Right now Islandia is expecting closings on 5 properties in the next 30 -45 days. These include 2 lots, 2 homes and one commercial property. If these listings had been “resting” the buyers never would have seen them.
